Classes follow this sequence: light warm-up, instruction of positions without resistance, specific (positional) training or free sparring, and stretching. The resistance training portion is optional and adapted to the student’s skill level and physical condition.
No. All classes are mixed. Beginners train alongside intermediate and advanced students to accelerate learning, always under the supervision of the instructors.
For adults, we recommend at least twice a week. For children, 2 or 3 times per week is ideal for consistent progress.
Yes. We offer a free trial class for any age, during a regular class. It’s the best way to experience our methodology.
No. We provide a gi for the trial. If you already own one, you may bring it.
